Steps:
A. Go to my computer.
B. Go to C drive.
C. Go to Windows folder.
D. Look for “Winsxs” folder open it.

E. In search filed type *.theme wait for a while and all hidden themes will be appear. Choose your favourite theme and double click on that to apply the theme.

Note: This work for windows 7 and windows 8 too.

Bonus:

How to turn the screen into an application launcher (windows 8.1)
It may be quiet difficult to find the application for which you are looking from the windows 8 start screen, due to tiles it takes so much of the screen. For this purpose there is a way by which you can turn the screen into the application launcher. Follow these instructions:

First Right-click on taskbar.
In menu select properties.
Now click the navigation tab.
Now tick the box ‘Show the app view autumatically when I go to start’.

After this whenever you go the start menu you will see a full list of your application rather then those big files.

Alternative method of shut downing (windows 8.1)
Still, if you want to shut down your computer you will go to through several steps involving in the charm bar. Now alternatively, Right-click on the start button menu will appear including, Programs and Features, Mobility center, Power Options, Event Viewer, System, Device manager, Network Connections, Disk Management, Computer Management, Command prompt, Command prompt (Admin), Task Manager, Control Panel, File Explore, Search, Run ans second last Desktop. In menu hover on Shut down or sign out new menu will appear which contains Sign out, Sleep, Shut down, and Restart options. Now easily do what you want.
